He is looking specifically for the names and locations of living famous or well-known artist of the empire. He is mainly looking for an artist that deals mainly with statues and working with stone.

The only noteworthy worker of stone that is of any particular renown is a woman by the name of Malthasia Hornsbey. She is known for designing and sculpting many of the sculptures around the enclave.

However, after a string of disappointing sculptures due to a lack of "inspiration", she has since retired and gone into hiding. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
