I was not sure where to put this, so I just stuck it here. I made my character and am happy with him, but for some reason ( I guess I missed it on the body model) his neck is made of metal, regardless of what armor ( or no armor) he wears. It’s a minor thing, really, but something I would like to change. Is it possible to edit appearance after the start area?

This has happened to myself and another player at random.

I don't know what causes it or how to get rid of it. One of my characters outfits changed the necklace it had for that metal neck. I took it and changed it back and that fixed the outfit but when nude my character continued to have the metal neck.

There's been a reset and I haven't check to see if it persisted.

So, while not an answer, you are not alone.

Update: Reset did not fix the metal neck on the nude model and one of my other outfits now has the metal neck and lost the necklace.

Update #2: After buying a new outfit and using the model to change its appearance to match one I already had, my character now has no neck in the nude form and I had to change the neck of the outfit from non-existent back to the necklace.
